Send your samples in for testing
When you’re ready to submit samples for testing, stop in at the lab or simply request a free Canada Post express shipping label from us via email. Please ensure samples are sealed and smell-proof for shipping. We’ll let you know once samples are received, and follow up with an electronic invoice.
Review your Certificate of Analysis
Once results are available, you’ll receive an email with your attached COAs. The Canvas Client Care team is here to help with any questions you may have.
